Why cant English people pronounce Welsh names/place names properly?

Why cant English people pronounce Welsh names/place names properly?
Only a bored Welsh idiot would repeatedly ask this ? even listing it under soccer find something to do like knitting a sweater from your girlfriends wool.

So, when you are in France, or Germany, or Holland, or Spain..do YOU pronounce ALL names and places absolutely perfectly? No? Dear dear, how purely ignorant of you..
